Work at home phone jobs are really big right now. Many companies are saving money by creating virtual call centers fully staffed by remote workers around the world.
Once you’re set up to make the phone work — and there are some important requirements you’ll need to arrange in advance if you’re going to get into it in a serious way, including a land-line and a quiet work space — you’ll find a number of companies. Will be able to recruit at almost any time.
Many of these jobs offer decent pay, good hours, and some even have excellent benefits packages.
Unfortunately, a large percentage of phone gigs out there require you to be a salesperson, which isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.
Some people are not so comfortable with the whole process of convincing people. Maybe they’re a little shy, or feel awkward advocating for products they don’t personally use. There are many valid reasons why a sales job may not be a good fit for a particular person.
The good news is that there are several phone jobs that don’t require any sales! In this article we’ll go over a few of these to give you a feel for what’s out there.
