I’m a big fan of Amazon, so I get a little excited when I find new ways to earn free gift cards. I recently came across a newly released app called Job Spotter that allows you to earn Amazon store credit while helping other people in your community find jobs. The Job Spotter app indeed One of those interesting opportunities where you get paid to help people. While certainly one of the most popular online job boards, and we love finding work from home jobs, it doesn’t always have a good selection of local leads for small mom-and-pop shops. How does the Job Spotter app work?
Many small retailers and restaurants don’t post their jobs online or often even in the local newspaper. Every 100 points equals a $1 Amazon gift card. That means after just two deposits you will have enough for one gift card. Not too bad.
There are also monthly contests. These are a bit more time consuming and there is no guarantee of bonuses. Only top contributors each month receive a $300 Amazon gift card. Anyway, you still get 50 points for each one you submit so it’s not a total waste of time if you’re a girl on the go.

- Start taking photos of the Help Wanted signs you see in your community
- When you reach 100 points, you can request a gift card.
The final word
You’re not going to get rich, especially considering you’re only earning Amazon gift cards as opposed to cash, but it’s still a great extra earner. These opportunities are great to use to save all year round and pay for your Christmas shopping.
